Dave Skaggs (Next Step Inspections, GA) came out to our home and conducted a VERY thorough inspection for us. We were having concerns/issues with our home of 1 year and needed someone to come out to do moisture readings and give the house a full look over. Dave and his son were meticulous in their report and gave us A LOT of insight about our home. Dave even took them time to demonstrate how his thermal and moisture detection equipment functioned so that we would have a firm grasp on the readings he was getting while walking through the house with us.
