Dave was so phenomenal, we used him twice! Thanks to his thoroughness, several items were discovered on the first house we were under contract on and the seller was not willing to negotiate repairs. We feel like Dave was our saving grace, protecting us. We did find another home that Dave and Micah inspected… it was the one that was meant to be! Thanks Dave!!
